Named following the famous electronics shopping district in central Tokyo, japan, Akihabara supplies a sleek, modern presentation for selling your high-tech items. Utilizing a 960 Power grid System layout, the theme clearly showcases everything from cameras to medical equipment.

The home page provides three amounts of product presentation: a primary image slider, a featured items section along with a secondary items section. The look slider may be the first element to capture the customer’s attention using its large product images and the opportunity to click on 35mm slides to see more great items. Complementary towards the page’s sleek design, images easily slide backwards and forwards because the viewer clicks with the slideshow.

Around the product pages, free Lightbox gallery integration is incorporated to show large images of the products. Tabs at the end of every product page give a compact option to Magento’s default layout for organizing product particulars. Rather than scrolling through parts of product information, the viewer simply clicks the right tab. A tab could also prove useful for any product review section. Tabs could be added or erased – you will not remain exhibiting empty, unused tabs.
